    Origin:

    Properties:

    Marjoram essential oil is known for its antiseptic, antispasmodic, carminative, expectorant, sedative and analgesic properties. It is also used to relieve muscle and joint pain, menstrual disorders and digestive problems.

    Uses:

    Marjoram essential oil can be used in several ways, including:

    -In aromatherapy: it can be inhaled directly or through a diffuser to relieve anxiety, stress and tension.

    -In massages: it can be mixed with a carrier oil and applied to the skin to relieve muscle and joint pain.

    -In skin care products: It can be added to creams and lotions to improve the appearance of the skin and reduce inflammation.

    Obtaining method:

    Marjoram essential oil is obtained through steam distillation of the leaves and flowers of the plant. First, the marjoram leaves and flowers are collected and subjected to a vaporization process in which water vapor extracts the essential oils from the plant. The steam is then condensed and the marjoram essential oil is separated from the water, thus obtaining the pure oil.
